人民网珠穆朗玛峰5月8日电 北京时间今天上午9：17，2008奥运圣火顺利登上了世界最高峰珠穆朗玛峰（海拔8844.43米）。北京时间今日凌晨3：00，由19人组成的登顶队从8300米的突击营地出发冲击珠穆朗玛峰顶峰。本次登顶活动将由十九人组成 。
其中突击组共十二人，组长尼玛次仁、副组长罗申、组员达琼、吉吉、次仁旺姆、李福庆、黄春贵、袁复栋、罗布占堆、阿旺扎西、小扎西次仁、普布顿珠。支援组七人组成，组长次洛、队员王勇峰、次旦久美、边巴顿珠、洛则、严冬冬、德庆欧珠。
经过6个多小时的攀登，北京时间9：11，在海拔8840米的地方，队员罗布占堆用引火器点燃了队员吉吉（女）手持的“祥云”火炬。9：12，第二名火炬手王勇峰与吉吉实现了“祥云”火炬传递。
9：14，第三名火炬手尼玛次仁与王勇峰实现了“祥云”火炬传递，尼玛次仁在点燃手中火炬的同时大声喊：“One world，One dream！”9：15，第四名火炬手、来自中国农业大学的黄春贵与第三名火炬手尼玛次仁实现了“祥云”火炬传递。
9：17，第五名火炬手次仁旺姆（女）与第四名火炬手黄春贵实现了“祥云”火炬传递，次仁旺姆站随后在8844.43米的世界最高峰高举起“祥云”火炬，向全世界昭示2008奥运圣火攀登峰珠穆朗玛峰圆满成功！

Every spring and summer, the children of Beijing have flown beautiful kites on the currents of wind that blow through the capital. Among the kite designs, the golden-winged swallow is traditionally one of the most popular. Nini's figure is drawn from this grand tradition of flying designs. Her golden wings symbolize the infinite sky and spread good-luck as a blessing wherever she flies. The single life is on the up. According to the most recent census there are 14.2 million singletons （age 16-64） living in the UK today. When asked 'what would make their lives better?', a third of single people said, 'a large sum of money', not a life partner. They see single life as providing more time for hobbies, more time to spend on themselves, opportunities for being spontaneous and being able to have more close friends. Why would they want to compromise all this！
Single segmentation
Marketing experts have divided singletons into four main groups. Social butterflies make up 30% of adult singles. Their attitude is defined by this statement, 'I like to buy the newest fashion brands/styles available'. They enjoy downloading music, playing games in the pub and playing musical instruments.
Achiever beavers make up 16% of adult singles. Their defining attitude is 'I buy things I don't really need'. They enjoy dancing/clubbing, going to pop concerts and exercising at home.
Pippa Pans, a predominately female group （71%）, make up 19% of adult singles. Their defining statement is 'the world would be a much better place if run by women'. They enjoy dancing/clubbing, going to festivals and practicing yoga.

Single parents
Being single doesn't necessarily mean missing out on motherhood. The group, Single Mothers by Choice, explains that the rate of mothers not registering the father's name on the birth certificate has doubled in the last ten years. The Donor Conception Network says, 'Half our enquiries are from single, middle-class 33-40 year olds who are working and financially independent. They'd prefer to be in a relationship, but haven't found the right person and feel the clock is ticking.' Unfortunately it isn't so easy for single men to experience fatherhood！
Living the single life is one of the UK's biggest social trends, and one that looks set to continue for some time to come.

维生素a:长痘的一个原因就是皮肤的上皮细胞死亡,坏死细胞堆积 导致细菌的生成 粉刺在这样的情况着很容易形成 所以维生素a的作用就是促进上皮细胞的新陈代谢预防痘痘的生成
三蕊（维胺酯胶囊）：与维胺酯维E乳膏合用，内外同治，效果更佳。本品为维A酸衍生物，结构式近似全反式维A酸，作用机制与13-顺维A酸及芳香维A酸较相似，但副作用较全反式维A酸轻。口服具有调节和控制上皮细胞分化 与生长，抑制角化，减少皮脂分泌，抑制角质形成细胞的角化过程，使角化异常恢复正常，抑制痤疮丙酸菌的生长，并有调节免疫及抗炎作用。

甲硝唑VB6：治疗痤疮但是甲硝唑刺激胃,胃不好的mm还是小心点还有其他一些药物对于痘痘的治疗也有一定效果 比如维甲酸类但是这类药物会导致畸胎还有四环素虽然可以抑制皮脂腺的分泌是很有效果的抗感染药物但是他对于胃甚至牙齿有损害作用所以内服要慎重痤疮真的很严重一定要内服的也要遵医嘱
外用药物我自己长痘的时候首选是化妆品类 ~~~~ 不过化妆品始终是化妆品 所起到的改善作用还是有限 要治疗反复严重型痤疮 我觉得还是要相信药物下面介绍一些外用药膏
红霉素眼膏:很常见的药物 虽然是眼膏 但是他的抗炎效果也可以来治疗痤疮 尤其是针对已经发了脓头的痘痘
鱼石脂软膏：味道有点臭 可以抑菌 消炎 消肿 他还有一个很大的功效 那就是可以加快痘痘的生长 在没成熟的痘痘上厚厚的一层 时间久一点 在看 痘痘的脓就出来了 出来了以后就让他慢慢好啦 其实他还可以对付封闭性粉刺 也是厚厚的敷一层 把白头彻底软化 用粉刺针轻轻一挤就出来了
三七粉：前面放错了位置 这个是外用的 痘痘用了鱼石脂会把脓拔出来 脓彻底清理干净以后 就把这个粉在伤口伤 愈合超快
达芙文：维甲酸类外用药 维甲酸是最近我发现很流行的一个治疗痤疮的药物 刺激性也很大 达芙文相对来说刺激性是最小的 他主要针对白头和黑头 可以改善痘痘肌肤 是可以大面积使用的 使用初期有一定的副作用 比如皮肤会干 会痒 会刺痛 甚至会脱皮 所以一定要做好保湿 白天注意防晒 副作用过去以后 皮肤会就呈现一个比较好的状态 但是我觉得他对于已经长成脓的痘痘 效果不大
班塞：过氧化苯凝胶这个就是针对已经发脓痘痘了最好不要大面积使用因为还是会有一定的刺激性他的主要只有原理是释放出新生态氧杀灭痤疮丙酸杆菌 ~~~ 同上也要做好保湿然后既然两个都有刺激性 我觉得敏感肌肤还是不要一起用好
安素丝（异维A酸凝胶）:痤疮俗称“青春痘”，是一种毛囊皮脂腺的炎症，发病率高达85％。 痤疮的治疗主要针对痤疮的四个发病环节，即要减少皮脂分泌、纠正异常皮肤角化、抗感染和抗炎症。根据不同皮损和严重程度选择不同药物或药物组合：轻中度痤 疮外用维a酸凝胶或霜剂，有感染时配合口服或外用抗菌素，重度痤疮则需口服13－顺维a酸或应用激素疗法。
维胺酯维E乳膏:本品所含维胺酯具有促进上皮细胞分化与脱落，调节和防止角化以及抑制皮脂分泌的作用。还有抗炎、抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌的作用。维生素E具有抗氧化保护皮肤作用。维胺酯维E乳膏是比较温和，适合比较敏感的皮肤，或者用于抗衰老而又想避免A酸刺激性的人。
乐为（他扎罗汀乳膏）：他扎罗汀是维A酸类的前体药，具有调节表皮细胞分化和增殖以及减轻炎症的作用。乐为是继炔维（0.05%他扎罗汀凝胶）后进一步开发的品种，与炔维相比，本品改剂型并增加了适应症，乐为除可用于寻常性斑块银屑病的外用治疗，还可治疗寻常痤疮。
喜辽妥：这个一定要大赞去痘印效果实在是很棒我左脸的一堆痘印红到不行 我连续用他按摩 才一个礼拜 印子就可以褪掉大半~~~ 不过这个东西一定要痘痘好了才可以用不能用于破损性伤口使用的时候要配合按摩吸收
康瑞保：这个和上面同样都是去除痘印的 不过又有些不用上面主要是针对新生成的红印效果好 康瑞宝呢主要是针对陈旧性疤痕尤其是对硬化性 肥厚性瘢痕组织，有软化和使之变平的作用~~ 所以选择要有针对性。
白天涂喜辽妥、晚上抹康瑞宝。另：每天一粒维C
海普林
海普林软膏为皮肤科用非处方药品 (山东正大博士伦制药有限公司生产)，其主要成分为酸性黏多糖一一肝素钠 (相对分子质量 4 000～15 000) 肝素具有抗凝血、抗血栓、抗炎、抗过敏和抗补体等药理活性，在角质软化剂和皮肤促透剂的协同作用下，低分子肝素更易透皮吸收，有效地阻止炎症细胞在血管壁的附着，降低血液粘度、增加血流量、改善局部血液循环并促进皮肤代谢。海普林软膏可用于多种皮肤病的治疗，安全、有效，且无明显的毒 、副作用 。
无论是慢性的湿疹，还是突然的过敏，你完全可以不用跑去买激素类药膏，海普林的效果或许不那么明显，但它完全没有依赖性！
而最开始引起我的注意是因为其抗凝，改善微循环，在疤痕产生的初期有加速疤痕修复的效果。B级
四医大的论文说可以改善色素沉淀，按理说对陈旧非增生性疤痕也有效果，不过这点是理论上的推断，需要更多实验证明。保湿也还不错，里面有透明质酸,乳膏基质,对大部分人来说都不会很干。
