Jam-packed with fat — that's mayonnaise! Butter and cream cheese are the same. Use a healthier alternative like canola-oil margarine.


3. Replace Your Snacks

Toss out junk food from your pantry (you know you've got 'em). That's the best way to avoid eating junk food — junk it!You need healthy snacks — raw fruits and veggies are best. Nuts and wheat crackers are also good. Make sure you've got plenty at home. Take 'em to work too!


4. Hell with Juice

Juice is fruit without fiber - what's left is sugar! Eat whole fruits instead. Toss the juice, bring on the fruit.

It's the best drink out there! Instead of coffee or soda to wake you up, drink cool water. We drink water here at the Boostle office all day long.


6. Vegetarian Day

Become vegetarian for just one day a week. You'll make a huge different in your weight over time and get more fiber and nutrients.


7. Eat Lots of Berries

Did you know berries stimulate memory cells in your brain? Eat berries everyday - sprinkle them over your oat cereal in the morning. They make a great snack too.
